Replaces Stanadyne P/N: 10453 (seals) and 16225 (line washers)

These are the Stanadyne Roosa Drive Seals and Line Washers for diesel injection pump needed for installing most Stanadyne / Roosa Master diesel injection pumps.

This kit includes 12 high PSI line washers and 2 drive seals.

We sell a couple of tools that repair shops use to do this job. We recommend this one (PN: 13371) if want to make the repair a bit easier. Stanadyne also sells this one (PN: 22727) as well.

Stanadyne Roosa Drive Seals and Line Washers Installation notes:

NOTE: With all Stanadyne / Roosa Master Pumps, it is a good practice to tie the throttle lever in Wide Open position anytime the pump is going to be off the engine.

This kit comes new, never before used, and in a sealed package.

You might notice a greasy and/or gritty substance on the line washers.  This is just how they come from the manufacturer.  It’s an anti-corrosion coating they put on them, and it picks up stuff really easy.  You can leave it or wipe it off: it really doesn’t make much of a difference.  Thanks
