This 24371 gasket kit is used on many Stanadyne / Roosa Master DB, JDB, DBG, DBM, DBO, DCB, DCM, and DC diesel injection pumps.

It is commonly used during injection pump reseal work, flex-ring repairs, and general pump service. If you are working on an older Roosa Master or Stanadyne rotary pump and your parts manual calls for 24371, this is the kit you are looking for.

This aftermarket kit replaces Stanadyne 24371 and is intended for compatible Roosa Master / Stanadyne pump families listed below.

Important Fitment Note

This kit is for many older DB / JDB / DBG / DC-family Stanadyne and Roosa Master pumps.

It does not fit the following pump families:

• DB2
• DB4
• DM
• DES
• DS

If your pump model number begins with one of those prefixes, this is not the correct kit.

Tip Corner (flex-ring installation):

• Firstly, the flex ring does appear to be too small, see last photo. It is the stretching that holds the assembly together.
• Using snap ring pliers (last picture #1), Gently stretch one hole over one of the rivets in the cage first. The rivets on the cage are taller, Making it easier to stretch over. (last picture #2).
• Next, move across to the other side and do the same to evenly spread the ring. All 3 cage rivets need to be done first. (last picture #3)
• Then finish out putting it over the remaining rivets. (last picture #4)
