Item Desc.:  This Cam Ring Pin Tool for Delphi 7123-975 is used in combination with a wrench to remove cam pins on DPA and most DPS diesel fuel injection pumps.  It is definitely pricey for such a small specialized tool, but I guess it’s primarily meant for pump shops like us who are going to rebuild many DPA and DPS pumps and can therefore justify spending so much on it.

Fitment Guide:

• These cam pins are found on DPA and Most DPS style Diesel Injection Pumps
• Tool fits in a 3/4″ socket

Notice for Cam Ring Pin Tool for Delphi 7123-975:

This tool will only work on cam screws that have not been damaged!  In my 40 years of doing this, I have seen a few of these pins be impossible to get out with any tool.  I’ve ultimately had to grind them flat and then drill them out.  This whole procedure is very hard to do without hurting the main pump housing.
