27917 Stanadyne Pressure Regulator Sleeve with O-rings & Screen for Roosa Pumps

Item Description:  Replacement 27917 Stanadyne Pressure Regulator Sleeve with O-rings & Screen 15525 for Roosa Master / Stanadyne diesel injection pumps. This kit includes what is shown in the pictures above including the endplate sleeve, filter screen, and O-rings. It does NOT include the 3 internal parts: the spring, piston and the adjusting screw vary by pump.  Contact us if you need those internal parts, and we can hunt down which ones are right for your pump rebuild.

Installation Tips:

• Does NOT include the 3 internal parts (Spring, Piston and adjusting screw)
• These vary by pump number, and we can help you find these items if you need them.
• Count the number of turns needed to remove adjusting screw: this is its setting.
• If you’ve already removed it and don’t remember how it was set, start with 10 turns in as that is usually close.
